just so you people know…..always question a BEGICH…not very well known in the big AK for telling the truth…..and HAARP….it is now under the administration of the UAF….one of the most respected universities in America or the world for research….and yes..I AM A TRUE ALASKAN.(born and raised,my family are many generations deep in the great state)…been several times to the facility,as we have some land down the road in SLANA..thought a lot about this place(HAARP) and was very skeptical of it when it was developed(still am).so we went looking many times(sometimes very covertly)..I can see why you would be concerned,(we were, and still are) we still wonder what the military was initially up to.(never believed what they said)….but from what I can see..whatever they were up to…they didn't get it done…I don't think that it was built to do what they initially said(they were up to something)…but they gave up the project,,,its now owned by the very down to earth UAF…and you can go there any time you would like…great grayling fishing and caribou hunts around there….moose population is alright..but not one of the best places to harvest winter meat tho..,,never got a headache while I was there(lol)…now once, during those trips, the military did come out in the mid 90's and asked us wtf we were doing on THEIR land…and as a true Alaskan would..we checked our breeches,.told them to f off,,,finished our beers,,finished filming and left…now all that being said..i HAVE heard from locals about the high amount of ufo activity in the area…playing with the ionosphere may genuinely gather some attention from anyone looking at our planet!:)from all of my trips thru and around the area I never saw any thing that I thought suspicious, except for the massive amount of effort put into this project in damn near the middle of nowhere, and we were looking and filming,in hopes of catching something on tape,,maybe one of these days I will compile a vid for you you can actually see the locals, visit the roudhouses have a beer with us and hear our opinions…but they wont sound like begich BS…trust me on that!

How could it possibly influence the weather when it only changes the functionality of the ionosphere? No weather being influenced up there??!!

Haarp has dual uses one is the university of Alaska studying the upper ionosphere and the other side is military uses such as communications over the horizon radar and much more but are we manipulating the jet stream hmmm not to sure about that

Heating up the ionsphere certainly sounds like a way to modify weather. You heat it up and I have to imagine this heating process creates an opening or something. Shoot or direct some HI-Frequency or large amount of energy into said opening. And I'm quite sure that's how you do it

The record high temp for Pueblo CO is 82F, so a little higher than 80. Not that rare.

Begich seems a bit odd. His father Rep. Nick Begich Sr. was also on that plane with House Majority Leader Hale Boggs, member of the Warren Commission (JFK assassination investigations which he highly disagreed with), he also royally pissed some people in DC off for saying on the floor of the House of Representatives that FBI was acting like "Gestapo", then months later he gets in a plane crash where no bodies were found….there is a reason why people are suspicious about things like this.

There is no "truth" in this video which is basically a kind hit piece.
Sure it sounds retarded and likely isn't capable of doing all the things they suggest it can.. but at a smaller level can it do these things?
Well if you go by the guy who said no to everything you'd think no, but it can kill birds, Solar panels can kill fucking birds, so maybe in certain situations it could kill human beings.. but that'd be a really bad thing to admit wouldn't it?
Even if its "only if we ignored planes flying overhead and let it run on overlord it could kill people" is still "yes it could" but they don't even bother saying that because of the PR.

So what does the machine really do? what are its limits in terms of physical limitations and what are the limits they have to operate the machine by.. things we just have no idea about.

Is it majorly changing weather systems/etc not likely.
Are they making small changes in the weather pattern in the area for tests? YOU would be as stupid as you think people who believe it can mind control people are to believe they have never, and do never use it for those kinds of tests.

It's not a conspiracy theory. Tesla said it could be done over 100 years ago. You can't expect people to believe these ethical "scientists" didn't pursue that theory

Listen to what the guy says when asked what HAARP can and can't do. He says No to most but two questions he says Never. Never and No don't mean the same thing. Never means it's capable but never been done yet.
