A grand jury has indicted former FBI director James.
The charges include obstruction of justice and making a false claim.

Fox News Digital learned that former FBI director James Comey has been indicted on charges of false statements and obstructions of justice by a grand juries.
Fox News Digital reported exclusively in July that Comey is under criminal investigation. The FBI was investigating Comey to determine if he lied during his testimony on Sept. 30, 2020 about the handling of the Trump-Russia investigation at the FBI. This probe is known within the bureau as the “Crossfire Hurricane.”
Fox News Digital exclusively reported, as well, that the former CIA director John Brennan was also under criminal investigation in relation to the Trump-Russia inquiry.
According to federal law, prosecutors are given five years by which they can bring an accusation. The five-year mark occurs on Tuesday.
After the indictment, Pam Bondi, Attorney General of Florida, said “No one is above law.”
