In his speech to the Knesset, President Donald Trump stated that since the war was over, it was time for Palestinians make a decision between terror and prosperity.
The choice facing Palestinians is clear. It is now their chance to leave the path of violence and terror forever. “It’s time to exile those wicked forces of hatred that are in the midst,” Trump stated. Trump said that they should focus on uplifting their own people, and not tear down Israel.
Donald Trump will fly to Egypt on Monday to attend the Gaza Peace Summit.
Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister, will travel to Egypt on Monday to attend the Gaza Peace Summit in Sharm el-Sheikh resort at the Red Sea. Israel will release approximately 2,000 Palestinian terrorists, including 250 who are serving long prison sentences and 1,700 who were detained during conflict.
Trump told reporters as he entered the Knesset that Hamas, a terrorist group in Palestine, would comply with his plan to disarm it. Trump answered “yes” to reporters’ questions about the end of Gaza’s conflict before he began his speech.
