According to new data released by the government on Tuesday, the U.S. economic growth accelerated to a blistering annual rate of 4.3% in third quarter.
According to FactSet, the economists surveyed by the financial data firm FactSet, the growth of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) — the nation’s production of goods and service — has far exceeded the forecasted 3% growth. The Commerce Department released the third-quarter GDP figure. It represents an increase from the annualized growth rate of 3.8% in the second quarter.
The main drivers of GDP growth were an increase in consumer spending, and exports.
The main contributors to third-quarter GDP were an acceleration in consumer expenditure, up 3.5% compared to 2.5% in second quarter and exports up 8.8% compared with -1.8% second quarter.
The report is very retrograde, but given that it was delayed by the government shutdown, this likely means that the Federal Reserve will have less need to reduce rates in order to support the economy next month.

The Q3 GDP was 4.3%, which is WAY BEYOND the expectations of 3.2%. Bloomberg Economists erred 60 out of 61 times, but TRUMP and other geniuses got it right. The SUCCESS of the economy is a result of Good Government and TARIFFS. The consumer spending is strong, the Net Exports have increased, the Imports, Trade Deficits and Imports have decreased, and there has been NO inflation!
