Al Pacino’s ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah has two words to sum up her relationship with Bill Maher: just friends.
Alfallah, 30, was at The Grove shopping center in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 17 when she was asked about her relationship with the 68-year-old TV host, with whom she recently sparked relationship rumors.
“Bill’s my friend — just my friend,” the producer clarified in a video shared on TMZ. “He’s great though, but we’re just friends.”

Noor Alfallah attends the “Little Death” Premiere during the 2024 Sundance Film Festival at Egyptian Theatre on January 19, 2024 in Park City, Utah. In October 2024, Alfallah said she was “just friends” with both ex Al Pacino and rumored new romance, Bill Maher.

The question comes after the mom of one was seen leaving the iconic Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles in Maher’s black sedan on Sunday, October 6. Just hours earlier, she was seen dining with Pacino, 84, at Chez Mia in West Hollywood, which led many to question the nature of their relationship.
Alfallah and Pacino — who were first romantically linked in April 2022 — share 1-year-old son Roman, whom they welcomed on June 15, 2023. Though The Godfather star does not live with his son, he did recently speak about keeping in touch with him digitally.
“He does text me from time to time,” Pacino told the BBC, while promoting his upcoming autobiography, Sonny Boy. “Everything he does is interesting to me. So, we talk. I play the harmonica with him on the other video thing, and we have made this kind of contact. So, it’s fun.”
Pacino’s representative confirmed to People on Monday, October 7 that he and Alfallah are no longer romantically attached. “Al and Noor are very good friends, have been for years, and are co-parents to their son Roman,” his rep said. The Scarface actor shared similar sentiments when asked directly about his relationship status, saying, “No. I have friendship.”
Alfallah said the same when TMZ asked if she was still dating Pacino. She responded simply, “No, but he’s my best friend.” She also noted that co-parenting son Roman with him is going “amazing.”
When the photographer tried to press further, Alfallah encouraged them to go see The Apprentice — on which she is a producer — as it is in theaters now.
The Apprentice, from director Ali Abbasi and starring Sebastian Stan, follows a young Donald Trump as he starts his real estate business in 1970 and ’80s New York City along with lawyer Roy Cohn (Jeremy Strong).
