Henry Cuellar, a Democrat Rep., admitted that Donald Trump’s border policies are responsible for the decrease in border crossings.
Cuellar stated, “You have to have the correct policies.” “President Trump has the right policy. No catch-and-release, but I disagree with Biden because he used it.”
Henry Cuellar, D-TX, said on NewsNation’s “The Hill” broadcast Thursday that the number of people at the border is declining because President Trump has the “right policy” and does not “catch and release”, unlike the Biden Administration, and other countries stop people before they get to the border.
Cuellar stated, “Look at the numbers. They have decreased without any new border walls being built.” You have to consider a number of factors. You need to make the right decisions. President Trump has the right policy. No catch-and-release. I disagreed with Biden because he used catch-and release. You have to make Mexico and other countries stop people from coming over. “So, the numbers are down.”
Trump celebrates June border numbers
He said: “The June Border Statistics have been released and they, once again are the LOWEST RECORDED NUMBER IN UNITED STATES HISTORY.”
CONGRATULATIONS AMERICA! Once again, the June Border Statistics show that they were the lowest recorded numbers in United States history. U.S. Border Patrol has reported ZERO illegal aliens released into the country. Customs and Border Protection also had only 25,243 “Nationwide Encounters”, which is STAGGERING considering that the Biden administration “encountered” tens and thousands of people each and every day. The entire world knows that America’s Borders are safe and secure. The only thing we have to do now is to keep it that way. We still have Radical Left judges trying to open up the Border and defy Supreme Court. This is why Republicans should be strong and smart and not let these Crazed Judges turn us into Third World Country. Border Patrol, ICE and CBP do an incredible job, but they need more support. They are counting on Republicans.
Donald Trump’s border policies work!
