The harrowing allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs have shaken the entertainment world, and the more details are revealed, the more questions people have.
How did this happen? Who all was involved? What did his alleged sex and abuse crimes entail? How did this fly under the radar for so long? Those who have been invested in the cases hope to get these, and many more, questions answered, as multiple documentaries on the disturbing charges are in the works. While Diddy sits in jail awaiting his sex crimes trial — after being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution — some of the investigative films and series are already available on streaming platforms and to watch on demand.

Untitled 50 Cent and Alexandria Stapleton Netflix docuseries — date TBD
In September 2024, Variety reported that a docuseries about Diddy and his alleged sex crimes — produced by 50 Cent (who has been trolling Diddy for months) and directed by Alexandria Stapleton — is in the works at Netflix. According to a joint statement issued to the magazine, the docuseries will highlight several decades of alleged crimes, and detail a “complex narrative” and go beyond the news that has already been reported.
“We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives,” said the two in the statement. “While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’ story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.”
At the time of writing, the docuseries’ title and release date have not been announced.
Untitled Investigation Discovery Docuseries — 2025
In September 2024, the New York Post reported that a docuseries on Diddy by Investigation Discovery is also in the works. It is worth noting that Investigation Discovery also produced Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV this year, which explored allegations against several Nickelodeon producers. According to a press release, the Investigation Discovery series will highlight “accounts of sexual assault, abusive behaviors, and other disturbing claims.” The series reportedly “traces the story of this self-proclaimed Bad Boy, unraveling allegations of a pattern of depravity.” The docuseries will be available to stream on Max in 2025.
