Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported the arrest Jonny Handy Martinez Barillas. He is a Honduran and MS-13 gangbanger in the U.S.
Martinez-Barillas (30) was arrested in Clay County, Indiana. He was then allowed to travel the country, after Maryland police released him in 2023, without following an ICE detainer.
The illegal alien was charged in Maryland with murder first degree and gun possession.

The southern border had more than 7,000 arrests during the first two days of the month.
