President Trump to address Congress as new tariffs take effect on Mexico, Canada and China

President Trump will lay out his priorities during an annual address to Congress Tuesday night. Mr. Trump will also talk about what he’s already done, including massive cuts to the federal workforce through DOGE. The address comes as new U.S. tariffs hit Mexico, Canada and China.
