Sean “Diddy” Combs will appear in Manhattan federal court Thursday for his sex trafficking case as accusations against him continue to pour in.
The disgraced mogul, who is being held in the notoriously violent MDC Brooklyn, has a status hearing set for 2 p.m.
Combs, 54, has reportedly spent his three weeks behind bars preparing his case with his defense attorneys and receiving visits from family members, a source close to him told CNN.

The insider added that Combs’ four adult children and two teenage twin daughters have all visited him in jail. His youngest child is 1-year-old Love Sean Combs.
Combs was arrested and charged on September 16 in a three-count Indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleased not guilty.
If convicted on every charge, Combs would spend at least 15 years in prison—with the possibility of a life sentence. His attorneys are asking to go to trial quickly, requesting April or May 2025 in a letter to the judge this week, since Combs was twice denied bail.
Prosecutors indicated they will be prepared for the date set by the judge, however, they pointed out that a trial date doesn’t need to be scheduled at this moment, as stated in the letter submitted by both parties.
The number of sexual misconduct accusations against Combs has only grown since his indictment. Last week, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he is representing 120 accusers against Diddy that go back more than 20 years.
Buzbee said the allegations will claim “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, sexual abuse of minors.”

“The biggest secret in the entertainment industry that really wasn’t a secret at all, has finally been revealed to the world. The wall of silence has now been broken, and victims are coming forward,” Buzbee said during a press conference.
“Our team has had at this point more than 3,285 individuals contact us from people claiming to have been victimized by Sean Combs. We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee added.
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure damn sure we are right,” Buzbee said. “These names will shock you.”

He said of the 120 alleged victims that 60 are men and 60 are women.
“Our youngest victim is nine years old. We have an individual who is 14 years old. We have one who is 15,” Buzbee said.
