The Trump administration makes America safer
According to a recent analysis, the number of murders in this year was down by 20% compared to that of 2024.
In 2025, the number of mass killings will also decline.
According to Jeff Asher, a crime statistics expert, the U.S. could be on track for the biggest one-year decline in murders ever recorded.
The overall picture: This decline is part of the broader drop in violent crime that followed the COVID spike. In the U.S., mass killings also decreased in 2025. They reached their lowest level since 2006
The Real-Time Crime Index (RTCI), which compiles information from 570 agencies of law enforcement, shows that murders have declined by nearly 20% this year, compared to the same period in 2020.

The index also showed a decrease in other major categories of crime, such as motor vehicle thefts (23.2%), aggravated assaults (7.5%) and robberys (18.3%), across all locations and population sizes.
In places where Trump has focused on crime, the trend is evident.
Positive trends include a drop of more than 20% in New York City, 28% in Chicago, and nearly 28% in Washington, DC, after President Trump launched a massive crackdown on crime.
Murders in Los Angeles County have also decreased by almost 19%, while New Orleans has seen a 7.5% drop.
Trump keeps his promises to Americans!
