Donald Trump posted on Truth Social following the decision of an Appeals Court to throw out his judgment.
Trump called it a “TOTAL VICTORY” and added “this was an illegal case of election interference by the City and State, trying to show that I did wrong things when in fact everything I did was CORRECT and even PERFECT.”
Total Victory in the FAKE New York State Attorney general Letitia Case! I am very grateful that the Court was Courageous enough to overturn this illegal and disgraceful decision that hurt business in New York State. Other businesses were scared to do business in New York. In total, the amount included Interest and Penalties was more than $550 million dollars. In a business sense it was the first Political Witch Hunt that anyone had ever witnessed. It was an illegal attempt by the City and State to prove that I had done something wrong, when in reality, I did everything perfectly CORRECT. Arthur Engoron, a corrupt judge who is one of the most overturned judges in history, threw out every dollar, including the penalties that were imposed. This Political Hack did not give me a jury and during the long trial, I never received a ruling in my favor. But worse than him was Letitia, an incompetent and corrupt Attorney General, who brought the case to harm me politically. She’s a Trump Deranged Lunatic. I was forced to bond an outrageous amount, something that had never been done before and cost me millions of dollars a month. Everyone knew that this should never have happened! The vote was 5 to 0! The words of wisdom from Justice David Friedman, which everyone should read, are so inspiring. The Court has also shown courage in making this decision, which will go down as the worst business persecution in our country’s history. There are also other cases against me which are just as disgraceful. These include those that were handled by corrupt judges, such as Juan Merchan whose daughter received Millions of dollars in fees from Crooked Joe Biden, and Kamalah Harris. Her father, however, refused to recuse himself from the vicious and corrupt trial which is currently under appeal, and in which all Legal Pundits in New York declared, “THERE IS NO CASE!” Even Editorial boards said, “DONT DO THIS!” Judge Merchan Lawyers have said that his daughter’s relationship with him was the greatest conflict of interest they had ever witnessed. Judge Lewis Kaplan is the remaining Case. His wife, family and friends were present at his two trials. He’s as nasty and mean as anyone I’ve ever met. This case, which is also under appeal, should never have been filed, and the Judge should be admonished over Abuse and everything else that could be thrown against a corrupt judge. He was a publicity-seeker and refused to let us present the irrefutable proof that we wanted. This Clinton-appointed Judge shouldn’t be allowed to get off with this SCAM ….
….These Political Trials were conducted to undermine my viability as an Presidential Candidate, before, during and after the Election. These cases were coordinated closely with the Biden/Harris campaign and will be remembered as some of the most corrupt ever. The two cases are more absurd than the corrupt Letitia James case, and they will be exposed as such in the near future. These Judges are all to blame for allowing these things to happen. These are political hacks who have done everything they can to harm me as a candidate. It was an attack on ME by the Biden/Harris administration. It’s an honor to have survived, thrived and even become the President of the United States in spite of the terrible things that were done against me.
