Donald Trump called for the Senate to stop the filibuster in order to keep the Government open.
Trump wrote: “Now is the time for Republicans to play the TRUMP CARD and take the Nuclear Option – Get rid of Filibuster NOW!”
He said that Democrats would exercise their rights regardless, writing: “If the Democrats were to ever come back into power, it would be easier for them because the Republicans would not be using the Great Strength and Policy made available to us when we ended the Filibuster. The Democrats will exercise these rights on the day they are elected, whether or not the Republicans do.”
Just returned from Asia, where I met leaders of several countries, including China and Japan. I also met leaders from Australia, Canada, New Zealand. Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. It was an Honor to meet with them, but more importantly, it was great to see America respected once again — LIKE NEVER BEEN BEFORE. The Great Trade Deals, Long-Term Relationships, and the Money that is flowing into our Country are all due to Tariffs, and frankly, because of the Landslide results of the 2024 Presidential Election. One question that was asked repeatedly, however, is how the Democrats were able to shut down the United States of America and why the powerful Republicans allowed them to do so? In fact, when I was flying back to the United States, I spent a lot of time thinking about this question: WHY?
John Thune and Mike Johnson are doing an AMAZING job. But the Democrats have become Crazed Looneys who have lost their sense of WISDOM AND REALITY. This is the “legendary Trump Derangement Syndrome” (TDS), which only occurs when you lose too much. They want Trillions in Dollars taken from the Healthcare System to give to those who do not deserve it – people who have entered our Country illegally and many of whom are from mental institutions and prisons. Republicans won’t allow this to happen. It will harm American citizens. Now is the time for Republicans to use their “TRUMP CARD” and take the Nuclear Option – Get rid of Filibuster NOW! The Democrats, when they were in power, tried to end the filibuster for three years, but failed to achieve it because Senators Joe Manchin from West Virginia and Kyrsten Sninema from Arizona. The Democrats have never fought as hard for something before because they knew that ending the Filibuster could give them tremendous power. They want to expand the United States (PACK!) They want to expand (PACK!) We can do many things that are destructive, including: appointing the United States Supreme Court to Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico (which would automatically give them 4 Senate seats, numerous House seats, and at least 8 Electoral Votes! The Democrats would exercise their rights the day after they took office, whether we did it or not. We would also get the best judges, the best U.S. This was an idea that President Barack Hussein Obama, then Majority Leader Harry Reid, and others had years ago to exploit the Republicans. I’m doing it to get the Democrats …. to my advantage.
