Democrat Senator Chris Coons said that Donald Trump is moving toward offering Iran a similar deal to what Obama offered.
In an appearance on Fox News on Sunday, Delaware Senator Chris Coons said that the administration must provide Congress with a “full picture of intelligence” about what occurred during the June 21, 2016 strikes on Iran’s nuke program. He also said they need to develop a comprehensive Iran strategy.
Coons stated, “I will just note that according to press reports, President Trump is now moving towards negotiation and offering Iran an agreement that looks similar to the Iran Deal that was offered by Obama. This deal includes tens billions of dollar in incentives and reduced sanctions for Iran’s nuclear program.”

Trump said that the US strikes on Iran had “totally OBLITERATED” their nuclear facilities.
