U.S. envoy says talks with Ukraine are positive amid Trump criticism of Zelenskyy

Ukraine and European allies are being vigilant after a meeting between U.S. Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
