More than three months have passed since Election Day, and a judicial race remains unresolved in North Carolina. Judge Jefferson Griffin is the Republican candidate for North Carolina’s supreme Court. He is 734 votes behind his opponent after multiple recounts. Griffin is now seeking to invalidate over 60,000 ballots that were cast during the election. Anderson Clayton, chairwoman of the North Carolina Democratic Party joins “America Decides”, to give her perspective on this legal battle.
