The NFL season is upon us, and although we are not through Week 1 yet, it has not disappointed us. The NFL season brings everyone together, even those who play other professional sports in the league.

Football is a global sport, and arguably, no one is more plugged in than NBA legend and Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James. James is as plugged in as anyone. He loves the game of football, dating back to his gridiron days when he played at St. Vincent St. Mary High School.
James is no stranger to sharing his football advice with fans, and he did so once again, dropping his Mount Rushmore of NFL quarterbacks. The 39-year-old shared the controversial list, per Draft Kings.

The list includes New England Patriots legend Tom Brady, Kansas City Chiefs reigning Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes, San Francisco 49ers icon Joe Montana, and then a tie between both John Elway of the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts and Broncos.
Although Mahomes in any Mt. Rushmore list may seem a bit premature, he is on the Hall of Fame/ G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time) trajectory. In his first seven NFL seasons, Mahomes has already been named a six-time Pro Bowler, two-time All-Pro, three-time Super Bowl champion, two-time AP MVP, and three-time Super Bowl MVP.
If Mahomes isn’t there, he is close to it with much ahead of him in his career.
The other four James mentioned are undeniable. Brady is the G.O.A.T. of football, as his resume is unmatched: seven Super Bowl championships, three-time MVP, and member of the All-2000s and All-2010s Hall of Fame teams.
Manning, Elway, and Montana are all great in their own right, as they are all Hall of Famers and have combined for 163,966 passing yards, 1,112 touchdowns, eight Super Bowl titles, and eight MVPs.
James knows a thing or two about the NFL, and he sowed that with his list of the top NFL quarterbacks of all time. While James is focused on the NFL season, the NBA season is slowly approaching, and it will be his 22nd.
Although James is entering his age-40 season, he is still at the top of his game and will look to lead the Lakers back to the top. It may be a steep hill to climb, but you could never count him out with James as the leader.
