As Week 2 gets underway on Thursday night, the NFL schedule-makers have served up another star-studded matchup.
Reigning AFC East champion Buffalo is led by one of the most dynamic quarterbacks in the league, Josh Allen.
The Bills’ opponent on Thursday night, the Tua Tagovailoa-led Dolphins, are capable of scoring in bunches thanks to their dynamic backfield and the speedy WR duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.
For Thursday night, we’ve built a three-leg Same-Game Parlay at FanDuel that features Allen on the ATTD market (EVEN), 60-plus rushing yards by Bills RB James Cook (-110) and 60-plus receiving yards by Waddle (-134).
This three-leg SGP is priced at +463 as of Thursday afternoon.

Best Bills vs. Dolphins Same-Game Parlay
Best SGP for BUF vs. MIA: Josh Allen Anytime TD (EVEN) + James Cook 60-plus rushing yards (-110) + Jaylen Waddle 60-plus rushing yards (-134).
Below, we’ll explain why we like each of these legs.
This SGP’s price of +463 means a $100 bet would yield a $463 payout if everything goes according to plan.
Bills vs. Dolphins SGP Leg 1: Josh Allen ATTD (EVEN)
ATTD bets only cash on rushing and receiving TDs, making them tempting but risky for most signal callers. Allen, however, is a near-must-bet in this market given Buffalo’s game plan when it enters the opposing 10-yard line.
Allen’s opportunities on scripted runs have been plentiful since the Bills went run-heavy late last season, and so far, the 2024 season looks like it will feature more of the same, as Allen ran for two touchdowns in his team’s season-opening win over Arizona.
At this point, defenses know what’s coming, but are just unable to stop it: Allen’s two touchdowns last week give him an absurd 15 in his last 18 games dating back to the 2023 season. And if for some reason Allen can’t find the paint on a called run, he’s a huge threat (in more ways than one) when scrambling. His two rushing TDs last week included one bruising zone-read scamper and one via a leap over the goal line after a scramble up the gut.
Miami is as familiar with Allen as anyone in the league, but that didn’t stop him from rushing for 4.42 yards per carry and a TD on 19 carries over two games vs. the Dolphins last year.
Bills vs. Dolphins SGP Leg 2: James Cook 60-plus rush yards (-110)
Given the identity of the Buffalo offense since about midway through the 2023 campaign, when Sean McDermott fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey and replaced him with Joe Brady, Cook is the other safe bet on this offense.
The Bills feature Allen instead of Cook in the red zone, but otherwise, he’s a massive part of everything this team does offensively. His 19 carries for 71 yards in Week 1 against Arizona showed that he remains a key cog in this offense. Cook has ran for at least 60 yards in five of his last seven games dating back to the Bills’ final six games of 2023 (four regular season, two playoffs), and he actually went over 70 yards in four of those contests.
There’s some risk here given Cook’s struggles on the ground against Miami last year (he ran for just 65 yards on 25 carries in two games against the Dolphins), but we’re going to ride with him to get 15-20 carries and break free for a long one or two given all the attention the Dolphins will be giving Allen.
Bills vs. Dolphins SGP Leg 3: Waddle 60-plus rec. yards (-134)
Waddle is the safest play of these three legs price-wise, but still offers plenty of value.
He’s not only the beneficiary of playing opposite one of the most productive receivers in the league in Hill — which means favorable matchups for Waddle on most snaps — but he should be even more prominently featured than usual on Thursday night.
That’s because without Raheem Mostert — and with De’Von Achane limited (or possibly unavailable) due to injury — the Dolphins will need to lean on their passing game more than usual.
Waddle missed the final two games of the 2023 regular season, but he drew five targets in Miami’s playoff loss to Kansas City. And in his last 11 regular-season appearances a year ago (Weeks 5-15), he received eight targets or more eight times.
A healthy Waddle, as we saw as recently as last Sunday (when he had five catches for 109 yards on five targets) is a heavily featured, reliable weapon for Tagovailoa.
