As Sean “Diddy” Combs sits in jail, reports of the disgraced rapper’s alleged fears behind bars are coming out.

Last week, Diddy, 54, was arrested and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. After being denied two $50 million bail attempts, the Bad Boy mogul has been behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

During his stint in jail — which has been less than two weeks as of Friday, September 27 — Diddy has allegedly been “really, really paranoid” that someone is going to “poison his food,” Larry Levine — a former Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center inmate — recently told News Nation, a notion he claims he heard from a source on the inside. Therefore, the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist has allegedly been refusing to eat.

“Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies,” Levine continued. Another possibility is simply that the food is filled with “mold,” Levine said. “Maybe he got sick from the food.”

However, a source denied these rumors to TMZ in an article posted on Friday.

“He’s eating normal jailhouse food like any other inmate,” the site reported. The meals reportedly include scrambled eggs, chicken wraps, baked chicken and beef tacos.

Diddy has been on suicide watch since his arrival, though his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, told TMZ that the precaution is the protocol for “new, high-profile inmates,” claiming that his client appeared “strong, healthy, confident, and focused on his defense.”

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and plans to testify at his trial. No trial date has been set.
