This list was determined using a survey of more than 2.6 million U.S. employees and interviews with hundreds of company officials to identify the best places to work across the country. The 20 companies at the top of this list—including First Watch (#1), Sourcebooks (#2) and Milo’s Tea Company (#3), among others—exemplify the very best a workplace can offer, fostering collaboration and growth, and of course, they are places their employees love working.
