Woman Studying for Exams Gets Surprise From Long Distance Boyfriend
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

A woman’s reaction to being surprised by her long-distance boyfriend has melted the hearts of viewers online.

The woman, known on TikTok as @senoritaluana, had been busy studying for exams when her long-distance beau decided to surprise her with a visit to her family home. She shared her reaction to hearing him play her favorite song on the piano, and the clip has since been viewed more than 4.5 million times and received more than 1,000 comments.

Viewers online could see the creator’s boyfriend playing a melodic tune on the piano in her home while others moved out of the way to see her response. After hearing the familiar sound, the woman came upstairs to the lounge and was visibly surprised and emotional after seeing her partner performing. The creator, based in Germany, walked over to him in tears and gave him a tight hug.

An overlaid text on the video read: “When my long-distance boyfriend drove 1000 kilometers to surprise me with our favorite song while I was studying for exams.”

The TikToker regularly shares fashion and beauty content to her account, which has more than 70,000 followers.

Her boyfriend’s musical talents should not come as much of a surprise to eagle-eyed followers, as the creator shared in a previous post that her other half, Alen Skopljak, is a musician based in Malmo, Sweden. She revealed in the comments section that the song her partner played on the piano was “Kao ptica na mom dlanu” by Piloti, a rock band from Belgrade, Serbia.

To date, the post has been liked more than 640,000 times, leading to an outpouring of support for the young couple.

“THAT is how you also win over a mother-in-law!” One viewer, @taomage, said.

Another, @hlle.ma, said. “The fact that you knew it was him and it could not have been anyone else is just beautiful.”

“This has to be the most romantic thing ever,” a third viewer, @pickles.4re.the.best, shared.

“She knew it was him before she even turned the corner, absolutely adorable,” another, @sweetheartmak, said.

Another, @rockinron6369, commented: “Love…The most powerful force in the universe. Such a wonderful song and he loves you so much to drive and play it for you. Love it so much. Thank you for the happy thoughts.”

“This is all I want,” @ftm.hm03 said.

Newsweek reached out to @senoritaluana via TikTok and email for comment.
