Lamorne Morris once crashed one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous all-white parties.
The New Girl alum, 41, recalled the story during the Wednesday, October 23 episode of his The Lamorning After podcast. “We snuck into a Diddy party in 2009,” he told Damon Wayans Jr. — who also appeared on the popular Fox sitcom — adding, “It was one of those big all-white parties. I was not invited.”
He noted that though he and his friends didn’t have an invite, they managed to find a shuttle van that was taking guests to the party house. “Me and my boys, we snuck in… All we knew was you had to be in white… When we get in [the house], they asked for our wristbands. We didn’t have wristbands,” Morris said.

However, one of his friends figured out a sneaky solution. “My boy walks away, and within five minutes, he comes back with an envelope. He’s got like five wristbands in there. I don’t know how he got them. He said he found them on a table,” the Woke actor explained.
Wayans Jr., also 41, called upon Diddy’s 14-page indictment — which detailed “freak offs” where Combs allegedly forced victims into sex acts he “arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded” and listed “freak off” supplies, like narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil — to joke about how Morris’ friend may have gotten those wristbands.
“He was, like, covered in baby oil and exhausted,” Wayans Jr. quipped, and then Morris added, “He’s like, ‘I did what I had to do.'” While Morris was telling his story, Wayans Jr. also asked if the party he attended was “before the freak offs.” Morris responded, “I’m sure he was doing freak offs then. But we didn’t see one,” also clarifying that they had attended “a day party.”
Wayans Jr. then shared that he had attended what he called two “normal parties” thrown by Diddy, 54. “That’s the thing. I think they’re getting conflated that there was the regular party and the freak offs. So I went to a regular one. It was an all-white party. I remember there being beds outside or something. And chains,” the Poppa’s House star explained.
Though Morris and Wayans Jr. both said they never saw anything like a “freak off” while at Diddy’s parties, they did admit that neither of them were “surprised” when the news about his arrest broke in September. After Morris shared that thought, Wayans Jr. agreed, adding, “I wasn’t either. But only because he’s a big weirdo to me. But aside from that, his kids are normal. I know his son Quincy. He is super chill and normal. But that was a little weird.”
That being said, Wayans Jr. also shared his disbelief at some of the claims being made against Diddy. “[I don’t know] if everything that everybody’s saying is true. There’s, like, small details that are not true. Like, no, he didn’t purchase the baby oil himself. It was not a thousand bottles.” Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has denied the claims, suggesting that the lawsuits against Diddy are “racially motivated.”
The Bad Boy Records founder is being held without bail — after multiple bail denials — at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, while he awaits his trial, which has been set for May 5, 2025. He was arrested on September 16 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.
Since then, attorney Tony Buzbee has announced that he is representing more than 100 people who have accused Diddy of sex crimes dating back to 1991. In his October 1 press conference, Buzbee said, “Our youngest victim is 9 years old. We have an individual who is 14 years old. We have one who is 15.”
Buzbee said that the accusations in the lawsuits he is working on include “violent sexual assault or rape, facilitated sex with a controlled substance, dissemination of video recordings, and the sexual abuse of minors.”
