“The Dish” Dakar NOLA celebrates Black History Month by presenting a modern Senegalese menu

Serigne Mbaye is the chef behind “Dakar NOLA,” which won a James Beard Award for its unique blend of Senegalese cuisine and New Orleans cuisine, using local Louisiana ingredients. Michelle Miller, co-host of “CBS Saturday Morning”, joins Mbaye as he prepares an authentic tasting menu rooted in history and culture.
