New York City mayor Eric Adams has announced that he will issue an executive order to allow Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents access to Rikers Island. Rikers is the largest jail in New York City. Camilo Monteya-Galvez, CBS News immigration and political reporter, has more.
