Drake isn’t one to regularly post photos of his son Adonis on social media, so fans got a rare look at the 7-year-old after the rapper shared snaps from his little one’s recent birthday party.
Drake, 37, whose real name is Aubrey Drake Graham, posted the images of the celebration on Monday October 14, with a caption that read, “Big Don. 💘.”
In the first picture, Drake and his son are stone-faced posing for the camera in front of a SpongeBob SquarePants background, while the second shows the two smiling, with the OVO founder hugging the birthday boy.

The Degrassi alum followed up the birthday post by sharing another photo gallery of Adonis at the party. In the caption, the rapper writes, “Baby goat you are different.” The gallery features nine snaps of the youngster at his birthday party having a good time with his friends, his dad, and his grandfather (Drake’s dad), Dennis Graham.
“Happy birthday can’t believe he is 7 already x,” one fan wrote in the comments. “Started from Bikini Bottom now we’re here ✨,” a second chimed in, referencing Adonis’ SpongeBob party theme and Drake’s hit, “Started from the Bottom.”
A number of comments simply call the birthday boy “lil Drizzy” while pointing out the similarities between the rapper and his son.
Drake and Sophie Brussaux welcomed Adonis on October 11, 2017. According to People, the Toronto native and Brussaux, 35, were linked shortly after his breakup with Jennifer Lopez in January 2017.
The relationship was kept under wraps until the model made claims that she was pregnant and the “Gods Plan” rapper was the father in May 2017. In March 2018, a paternity test confirmed that Drake was in fact the child’s father, though the world would not find out the truth about Adonis until the rapper admitted he had a son with the release of his 2018 album, Scorpio.
