Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Lawsuit Alleges Baby Oil Was Laced With Date Rape Drug

A John Doe alleges in a lawsuit that Sean “Diddy” Combs laced baby oil with a date rape drug.

This allegation is included in one of the six lawsuits filed Monday in New York from a group of 120 accusers being represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee. Another Jane Doe represented by Buzbee also filed a suit on Wednesday.

The October 14 filing claims Combs, 54, had baby oil at his home tainted with Rohypnol or GHB, a substance commonly known as a date rape drug.

“Combs particularly fancied the use of the popular date-rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB to commit heinous non-consensual acts of sexual violence and rape against countless victims,” the lawsuit reads.

The lawsuit includes allegations against the “Bad Boy For Life” rapper of “dousing victims in lotions or similar body oils,” claiming these lubricants were laced with GHB “so that the drug would be absorbed through the victim’s skin and make it easier to take advantage of, exploit, and assault him or her.”

The lawsuit also included a photo of an exemplary container “used by Combs and/or his agents/employees to insert GHB into alcoholic drinks.”

Newsweek has contacted representatives for Combs for comment.

Federal agents found over 1,000 bottles of baby oil during the March raids on Combs’ Los Angeles and Miami homes.

His lawyer Marc Agnifilo now infamously explained that the Harlem native had so many bottles because he “buys in bulk” since he lives near a Costco.

The lawsuit claims GHB could also be found in beverages at Combs-hosted events.

“Combs often would secretly use the drug in an alcoholic beverage served at his parties typically in a seemingly innocent glass of champagne or a ‘lemon drop.’ Partygoers were forced to consume the alcoholic beverage, containing GHB, either prior to entering or while at Combs’ party.”

Doe claimed he had one drink at a Combs party in October 2021. He allegedly became “disoriented and the room started spinning.”

“In a state of confusion, he attempted to remove himself from the situation, seeking a safe space. As Plaintiff [Doe] tried to leave, a male voice told him to ‘hold on,’ and he promised to help him.”

The complaint continues, “The next thing Plaintiff remembers is being in a bedroom. Despite being vaguely aware of his surroundings, he could not move, speak, or fight back. Plaintiff was paralyzed— feeling as if he was trapped in his own body. Multiple men began to sexually assault him through sodomy and other forced acts. He distinctly recalls seeing Combs above him, naked, at one point during the assault. During this time, Plaintiff was sodomized by at least three men.”

Combs was arrested and charged on September 16 in a three-count Indictment with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty.

Combs is being held in the Special Housing Unit, removed from the general population, at the notoriously rough Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has been denied bail on three different occasions.

His trial date is set for May 5, 2025.
