President Trump’s pick to run the National Institutes of Health appeared on Capitol Hill on Wednesday for a Senate confirmation hearing. Dr. Jay Bhattacharya praised Florida’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic while also claiming that his views were censored. CBS News digital reporter Alexander Tin reports.
