Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers have issued a bold statement in the wake of his sex crimes scandal.

On Monday, October 14, attorney Tony Buzbee — who announced in a press conference earlier this month that he is representing 120 alleged victims of Diddy’s — filed his first six lawsuits against the disgraced rapper, each suit accusing the disgraced rapper of sexual assault.

“The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity,” Diddy’s attorneys told TMZ on Monday, referring to Buzbee’s October 1 press conference, during which the lawyer sat in front of a large banner printed with the sexual assault helpline number as he announced he was representing more than 100 accusers, including minors.

“In court, the truth will prevail,” Diddy’s legal team continued. “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

Diddy, 54, is currently behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits his upcoming federal trial, which is separate from the additional lawsuits against him.

He was arrested last month and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution — three federal charges to which the “All About the Benjamins” rapper, who plans to testify in court, has pleaded not guilty.

Sean “Diddy” Combs attend 2018 Fox Network Upfront at Wollman Rink, Central Park on May 14, 2018 in New York City. Diddy’s lawyers issued a shockingly bold statement in October 2024 in the wake of the 100-plus sexual assault allegations against the disgraced rapper.

Of the six new lawsuits against Diddy, two were filed by women and four by men, all identified as either Jane or John Doe to protect their privacy. One anonymous John Doe alleged that he was molested by the hip-hop mogul at one of Diddy’s infamous “White Parties” in the Hamptons in 1998. The victim was 16 years old at the time.

Of the 120 accusers Buzbee and his firm are representing, he stated during his early October press conference that 60 are men and 60 are women — and some were minors at the time of the incidents.

“Our youngest victim is 9 years old,” Buzbee noted. “We have an individual who is 14 years old. We have one who is 15.”

Following the October 1 press conference, Erica Wolff, one one of Diddy’s attorneys, told Newsweek in a statement: “As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

In addition to the federal charges against Diddy and the 100-plus accusers Buzbee is representing, famed attorney Gloria Allred has multiple clients of her own who are also accusing the Bad Boy executive of sexual misconduct.
